These terms govern your use of Xennum's website and services. By requesting an audit or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
The service
Xennum provides a done-for-you AI front-desk system that answers calls, sends missed-call text-backs, and books appointments for roofing and solar contractors.
Plans & billing
- Front Desk: $997 setup, then $1,497/month.
- Scale: $1,997 setup, then $2,497/month.
- Monthly retainers renew automatically and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Performance guarantee
If Xennum does not generate at least 15 new booked appointments within the first 14 days of a live installation, we will refund your setup fee and continue working at no additional cost until that threshold is met. The guarantee assumes reasonable client cooperation (call volume, timely approvals, and access to the existing phone line).
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable telecommunications and consumer-protection regulations (including TCPA where relevant).
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xennum's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.
